I’ve always been a fan of Kendall Jenner. I love her hair, I admire her style, and I think she just exudes the perfect level of confidence. So when I found out that she swears by Finesse products, of course I had to try them! If Finesse Restore + Strengthen Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner could help me inch my hair closer to Kendall Jenner’s on the awesome hair spectrum, it’s 100 percent worth it to me!
This shampoo and conditioner duo arrived at my doorstep at the perfect time: at the end of a harsh winter and when I hadn’t had my hair trimmed in over 3 months (and still haven’t!). My hair was in need of some serious TLC after flapping around in the frigid wind! Read on to learn how my hair fared after I used Finesse Restore + Strengthen Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner and to see how I styled it like Kendall! Let me know how I did in the comments!

Finesse Restore + Strengthen Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner: The Packaging
Who doesn’t love the bottle’s beautiful shade of periwinkle blue (and of course the bright pink details)? They sure liven up my shower! (Note: I am a sucker for pretty packaging, but can you blame me?) The flip-top lids make it super easy to open the bottles up with wet hands. You don’t have to worry about removing slippery lids and then
never putting them back on! Plus, the shampoo and conditioner have the flip tops on opposite ends, you you don’t have to worry about washing your hair with conditioner. (I hate learning that I squeezed the incorrect product into my hands… It’s such a waste!) Lastly, these beauties stand upright, and their weight is evenly distributed.
Finesse Restore + Strengthen Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner: The Scent
This particular version of Finesse doesn’t have the same exact fabulous scent that it had when I used it in jr. high and high school, but it is still amazing. It’s fresh, not fruity or floral. And it leaves my hair smelling so clean all day!
Finesse Restore + Strengthen Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner: The Formula
This shampoo has a great lather- There is no shortage of suds, which I love! The formulas for both the shampoo and conditioner contain active silk and soy proteins to nourish and detangle your hair. I think this duo is geared for wavy-medium curly hair, which I do not have, so I was slightly worried it would weigh my baby fine hair down, but I think the opposite is true! My hair feels so smooth and looks shiny, but it’s not weighed down AT ALL.
Usually, moisturizing shampoos tend to be a little on the heavier side, but that’s not true of this one! I even switched back to my old volumizing shampoo for a day and I was like why did I do that?!! My hair wasn’t as soft as it was when I used the Finesse Restore + Strengthen, and it wasn’t any fuller either. Plus, it was fuzzy and unruly. The following day, I was happily squirting a dollop of Finesse into the palm of my hand again!
Here, I used a simple blow dryer and round brush, but I really wish I could have had a hair straightening brush to help me achieve the full Kendall look. This is how my hair turned out without my coveted straightening brush…

You can find these beauts in Walgreens (or here on their site), Walmart, and Rite Aid, as well as in grocery chains like Kroger, Shoprite, HEB, and Publix. They are $3.99 apiece (but only $1.99 at Walmart!!).
That’s what’s up in hair care today. I really think this s duo could work on ANY hair type. And now, my mind is open to using moisturizing varieties of hair products on my fine hair.
